Frequently asked questions

Each item takes time. Most features that reach the roadmap are not quick implementations—they require changes to Keyhowl’s core functionality, careful development, and thorough testing. Depending on the level of complexity, an item might take a few days, several weeks, or sometimes even months. Because of that, we cannot provide an exact delivery date. Priorities may also change as we learn, and we’ll move an item to Done once it is available to customers.

Suggest a product improvement that could make a real difference to other Keyhowl customers—not only your company. The most useful suggestions explain the operator problem, where it appears in your current workflow, and what a better outcome would look like. You can also mention any workaround you use today, as that helps us understand the impact. Remember that approved suggestions appear publicly, so do not include customer names, personal data, or sensitive business information. If the need is specific to your operation, contact us directly so we can discuss it outside the public roadmap.

Suggestions contains published ideas that we are still considering and comparing with other customer needs. Planned means we intend to take the work on, although its scope and place in the queue can still change. In Progress means active development and testing are underway. Done means the improvement has been released and is available to customers. A status communicates our current direction, not a guaranteed delivery date, and an item may move as we learn more about the problem or the work required.

Votes help us see how widely an improvement is needed, while comments explain the operational context that a number alone cannot show. If an idea affects your business, tell us what you are trying to do, how often the problem occurs, and what impact it has on your team or customers. We consider that signal alongside the complexity of the work and how it affects the rest of Keyhowl. Strong support can help an idea stand out, but a high vote count does not guarantee that it will be built next or by a particular date.

Your idea enters a private review queue before it appears on the public roadmap. We check that the problem is clear, that it could be useful to more than one customer, and that the description does not expose private company details. We may refine the public wording so other operators can understand it without knowing your setup. While it is waiting, you can find the submission under My ideas and edit or withdraw it. If it is approved, it will appear in Suggestions where customers can vote and comment on it.

Anyone can browse the public roadmap without signing in. You can read what we are considering, see what is planned or in progress, review completed work, and open an item to follow its public discussion and status history. Signed-in Keyhowl customers can also suggest ideas, vote for the improvements that matter to them, add reactions, and contribute comments with useful operational context. Keyhowl staff review new submissions and moderate the public content so the board stays relevant and does not expose private information.
